Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the coach. Refund policies for packages or digital products will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Results vary by individual. While we aim to provide high-quality support, we make no guarantees or promises regarding specific health outcomes.
